Sonot Kumar has a diverse background in customer service and community engagement, currently serving as a Customer Service Ambassador at Meter since July 2023 and at IDEX since September 2022. Key responsibilities in these roles involve developing and executing community engagement strategies, managing social media, and organizing events to foster community growth. Previously, Sonot held the position of Community Support Specialist at Matrix AI Network from February to April 2023, where responsibilities included implementing social media campaigns and creating engaging content.
