The CEELI Institute is an independent, non-profit organization that promotes the rule of law. We provide legal-education training and programming, headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.  

At the CEELI Institute, our mission is to strengthen judges, prosecutors, investigators, advocates, and the legal professionals who are committed to the rule of law, liberty, and accountability. Through innovative training, webinars and other programs, the Institute works with judges and legal reformers throughout Central and Eastern Europe, South Asia, and Anglophone Africa. We work to support the development of judicial integrity, anti-corruption, free-market economies, and respect for human rights and liberties.


Whatever your level of expertise, we encourage you to get involved! We welcome new and veteran legal professionals, members of the judiciary, and private sector professionals to contact us and join us for future programs, trainings or events.
