Caitlyn Fox

Caitlyn Fox currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, P.A. since May 2022, after previously holding the position of Human Resources Business Partner. Prior experience includes various roles at Target from June 2015 to May 2022, where Caitlyn advanced from an Executive Team Lead in Human Resources to overseeing the Sales Floor and Guest Experience as an Executive Team Lead. Earlier, Caitlyn completed an internship in Human Resources at Target and worked as an Advanced Intern managing sales and guest experience while participating in leadership training. Caitlyn began their career at East Carolina University as a Campus Tour Guide while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, which was obtained in 2014.
