Rita Halverson

Rita Halverson, MHR, SHRM-CP, is a strategic HR leader with extensive experience in talent optimization and employee engagement. They have held pivotal roles including Total Rewards Consultant at Palmetto Health and Human Resources Manager at both Pure Fishing and Staples, where they implemented transformative HR initiatives. Currently, as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, they lead efforts in talent management and engagement programs. Rita also served as Network Director of Human Resources for regional hospitals and has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University.
