Harold Charles has an extensive work history that spans several decades. Harold began their career in 1987 with the Federal Staff & Contractor, where they held management positions for 19 years. During their time with the Environmental Protection Agency, Harold was involved in developing regulations and implementing waste minimization activities. Harold also worked with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, where they developed policies for administering assistance programs during major disasters and emergencies. In 2003, Harold founded CEEPCO Contracting, LLC and currently serves as the President & CEO. Under their leadership, the company has experienced significant growth and international expansion, generating nearly $20 million in annual revenue and creating jobs in multiple countries.
Harold Charles obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the District of Columbia from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland from 1990 to 1994.
