Sebastien HERRY

Sebastien HERRY is a social and work psychologist specializing in digital technologies and addictions. They initially trained as a masseur-physiotherapist before pursuing advanced studies in physiotherapy, osteopathy, and eventually earning a Master’s in social psychology, work, and HR from Université Paris 8. Currently, Sebastien serves as the founder of the Observatoire Psycho-Social du Numérique and as a mental health reference for students at CEERRF. They are dedicated to sharing their knowledge through teaching, writing articles, and publishing books.
