Mona Simons currently serves as the People & Culture Lead at CEEZER, where responsibilities include managing the full employee lifecycle and developing the People function in collaboration with the CEO to promote climate action. Previously, Mona held the position of Knowledge and Communications Manager at TIER Mobility, focusing on internal communications, knowledge management, and digital change management, with notable achievements in enhancing onboarding processes and transitioning knowledge bases. Early career experiences include roles at Forto as an Intern in Talent Acquisition, JustPremium as a Human Resources Intern, and Zoku as a Meetings & Events Intern. Mona holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Groningen and has an International Baccalaureate from the International School Düsseldorf.
