Jay Tolson

Jay Tolson is the Chief Operating Officer at the Clean Energy Finance Corporation, where they have served as General Counsel and Company Secretary since 2020. Prior to this role, Jay was General Counsel for Australia at Credit Suisse from 2016 to 2020 and held various legal positions at Commonwealth Bank from 2006 to 2012, including Solicitor and Risk Executive. Jay began their career as an Associate at Linklaters from 2002 to 2005, following their education, which includes a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent and a Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Law School. Jay previously worked as Senior Legal Counsel at National Australia Bank in 2012 and 2013.
