Loretta Bayley

Loretta Bayley brings extensive experience in corporate governance and legal administration, currently serving as Manager of Corporate Governance at Clean Energy Finance Corporation since September 2014. In this role, Loretta has also held positions as Senior Associate and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Prior to joining Clean Energy Finance Corporation, Loretta worked as a Legal Administration Assistant at Gadens and gained valuable experience as PA to Robert Mangioni at Watson Mangioni. Loretta began their career as a Legal Secretary at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP from 2007 to 2009.
