Ryan Rathborne

Ryan Rathborne has a solid background in finance and leadership, with experience spanning multiple sectors. They served as Associate Director of M&A at InterFinancial Corporate Finance Limited and were a Financial Analyst during the successful IPO of Aurizon. At the Clean Energy Finance Corporation, Ryan currently holds the role of Joint Head of Property and Head of Grid (VIC, TAS, SA) as part of the Rewiring the Nation initiative. Alongside their professional roles, Ryan has contributed as a Non-Executive Director at Food Connect Shed, helping to raise over $2 million for a community-focused food hub. They earned a Bachelor of Business from Southern Cross University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
