Bert van Tilt

Bert Van Tilt is an experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain and operational excellence within the chemical and energy industries. Currently serving as the VP Supply Chain Europe and Vice President of Operational Excellence/Sales & Marketing at YARA since April 2007, Bert leads initiatives to enhance customer focus and efficiency in a multinational environment. Additionally, Bert has held the position of Global Industrial Supply & Operation Director at YARA and acts as the Chairman of the CEFIC Automotive Grade Urea group, where responsibility includes guiding discussions among urea producers on AdBlue specifications and quality assurance. Prior to YARA, Bert worked at SHELL as a Lubricants Business Manager. Bert holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven.
