Imre Elek

Imre Elek currently serves as the Transport & Logistics Safety Manager at Cefic (European Chemical Industry Council) since June 2023, focusing on dangerous goods transport regulations and representing at UN, IMO, ICAO, and EU meetings. Previously, Imre held various roles including Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor and Radiation Safety Officer at Izinta Trading Ltd. from February 2020 to April 2023, Menzies Aviation Cargo (Hungary) Kft. from May 2018 to April 2023, and TPA HU Kft. from April 2015 to April 2023. Additionally, Imre acted as an External Advisor for multiple companies, providing dangerous goods safety advice. Imre also worked as a Radiation Safety Leader and DGSA at Richter Gedeon Nyrt. from October 2017 to March 2023. Imre completed studies at Óbudai Egyetem from 2017 to 2021.
