Jesus Arroyo

Jesus Arroyo is a highly experienced REACH manager at Cefic (European Chemical Industry Council) since February 2021, where responsibilities include managing the Evaluation Network and overseeing the REACH Processes Network to facilitate effective collaboration on regulatory topics. Prior to this role, Jesus served as a REACH and BPR specialist at Chementors Oy, providing consulting services and regulatory assessments. Experience at the European Chemicals Agency included roles as a Scientific Administrative Support and Scientific Officer trainee, evaluating scientific information for substance identification. A researcher at Åbo Akademi University from June 2011 to February 2018, Jesus conducted literature reviews and data analysis for scientific publications while also gaining early research experience as a summer laboratory trainee. Academic qualifications comprise a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and multiple master's degrees in business administration and analytical chemistry from Åbo Akademi University and Turku University of Applied Sciences.
