Brett Power

Brett Power has extensive experience in IT and technical service management, currently serving as an IT Liaison at Cefla since July 2008, where responsibilities include assisting colleagues with IT issues, supporting C-Suite with IT budgeting, and managing vendor relations. Brett has held several progressive leadership roles, including Service Manager, managing daily help desk operations and a team of ten technicians, and interim positions such as Regulatory and Compliance Manager, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, as well as overseeing sales administration and customer service operations. Additionally, prior roles include technical support management at Video Dental Concepts and multimedia development at Accumen Sales and Marketing. Brett holds a degree in Air Traffic Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
