Matteo Elia

Matteo Elia serves as the Logistic Manager at Cefla, overseeing logistics in the Business Unit Medical since September 2024. Previously, as Logistic Operation Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Chimar from April 2022 to October 2024, Matteo was responsible for all logistics operations, including annual budget definition. Prior roles include Supply Chain Manager at BALTUR S.p.A. from June 2017 to April 2022, managing multiple departments and focusing on process improvements and supply chain KPIs, and Logistics Engineering Specialist at Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. from April 2010 to June 2017, leading projects for special containers and supporting budget and logistics flow development. Matteo is currently a PhD candidate in Labor, Development and Innovation at Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, complementing a robust educational background in business administration and mechanical engineering.
