Antonio Capone

Antonio Capone, who obtained a PhD in 1998, is currently a full professor at Politecnico di Milano, where they serve as director of the Advanced Network Technologies Laboratory. They have held various academic positions at Politecnico di Milano, including Associate Professor and Dean of the School of Industrial and Information Engineering. In addition to their role at the university, they are the Vice President and Scientific Coordinator of Fondazione RESTART and also serve as a board member at Cefriel and CNIT. Antonio has a history of collaboration, having worked as a collaborator at NSN from 2001 to 2007, and they founded MobiMESH in 2008. They also worked as a visiting professor at the University of California at Los Angeles in 2000 and served as a Technical Expert for the Italian Ministry for Technological Innovation from 2021 to 2022.
