Roberta Morici has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. From 2018 onwards, they worked as the Head of Digital Culture Program at Cefriel. Prior to that, they were involved in Corporate Education Projects at Il Sole 24 ORE Business School ed Eventi from 2016 to 2018. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a Progettista e Trainer. Before that, from 2008 to 2014, they served as the Segretario Generale e Managing Partner at Fondazione Irso, where they were involved in consulting, research, and training. Additionally, from 2004 to 2012, they worked as a Professore a contratto and supported the Job Placement office at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca. Their earlier work experience includes roles as an Account Manager e Consulente Senior at Butera e Partners from 1995 to 2007.
Roberta Morici has a diverse education history with a focus on management and sociology. In 1998, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for an executive course on "Managing Technical Professionals and Organizations". From 1989 to 1994, they studied at Sapienza Università di Roma and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a specialization in Organizational and Labor Sociology. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1989, they completed their high school education at the Liceo Linguistico, earning a diploma with a perfect score of 60/60.
In addition to their formal education, Roberta Morici has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge.
