Espen Andersen

Espen Andersen is currently the Operations Manager at Cegal since January 2018. Prior to this role, Espen worked as a Problem Manager at Cegal AS from March 2015 to October 2018 and at Aker Solutions from April 1999 to February 2015. Espen is experienced in managing resources for the Problem Management team and maintaining company processes for Problem Management and Major Incident Management. Additionally, Espen has experience as a Service Desk Team Leader, recruiting new personnel and maintaining SLA, as well as a Service Desk Consultant, resolving incoming incidents for customers. Espen attended Stavanger Tekniske fagskole, Næringsakademiet, and Randaberg Videregående for education.
