Kim Langheim

Kim Langheim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT management and customer onboarding, currently serving as the Department Manager for Customer Onboarding at Cegal since December 2010. Langheim has successfully built and led multiple departments, focusing on standardizing and automating IT delivery processes across a global multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include managing resources, personnel training, budget control, and optimizing strategies for cloud delivery projects. With a strong foundation in technical support from previous roles at Logica and TDC Norge, complemented by a Bachelor of Management from BI Norwegian Business School, Langheim possesses a comprehensive skill set in operational excellence, agile methodologies, and customer service.
