Rune Gomo

Rune Gomo is an experienced Cyber Security Specialist and Managing Consultant at Cegal since October 2025, with a strong background in information security management. Previously, Gomo served as Chief Information Security Officer at Hemit HF from August 2023 to October 2025, overseeing the organization’s information security initiatives. Prior roles include Security Architect at ARBEIDSTILSYNET, where responsibilities included the development and management of security architecture, and IT Security Leader at Capgemini and Matiq AS. Gomo began a career as a Senior Consultant at Atea, Umoe IKT, and Siemens Business Services, focusing on IT security, network infrastructure, and project management.
