Aïda Scanzi

Aïda Scanzi has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2019. Aïda started their career as a Global HRIS Specialist at Faurecia, where they administered the group recruitment software and managed a project on migrating to Taleo 7.5. Aïda then worked at Saint-Gobain as an HR Project Leader, focusing on implementing a Group HR Reporting tool and creating standardized queries. At Ingenico Group, Aïda served as the Group HR Processes & Programmes Manager/HRIS Manager, where they implemented Talentsoft for various HR processes and managed annual HR campaigns. Aïda then joined Groupe Keolis as a Group Talent Manager, improving employer branding and developing HR communication supports. Currently, Aïda is working at Cegid as the Head of Talent Development.

Aïda Scanzi completed a Master's degree in Human Resources at ESSEC Business School from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Private Law from Université Paris Nanterre.
