Catherine Ferrand

Catherine Ferrand currently serves as Responsable Processus et Amélioration Continue at Cegid since June 2019, where responsibilities include leading the migration program for multiple product lines to accelerate and secure the transition to Cloud offerings for over 3000 clients. Prior to Cegid, Catherine held several roles at ADP from 1997 to 2019, including Streamline France Director, Business Process Improvement Manager, and Director of Clients Service, focusing on operational excellence and customer satisfaction through Lean methodologies. Catherine's professional formation includes a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma, coaching certifications, and degrees in software management and IT.
