Cindy Bourdon

Cindy Bourdon serves as the Learning Manager at Cegid since April 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the global training plan, developing a dedicated learning space for 4,500 employees, and enhancing the learning experience through innovative approaches. Previously, from July 2016 to April 2022, Cindy held the role of Digital Learning Manager at Talentsoft, leading the creation of an internal university and facilitating individual and collective training. Earlier experience includes positions as Responsable d'équipe and Directrice de projets e-learning at e-doceo, where project management and the development of blended learning solutions were key focuses. Cindy began her career in language education as a Formatrice FLE at CLPS L'enjeu compétences and Alliance française. Cindy holds a Master 2 degree in Linguistics and Language Didactics and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Language, Literature, and Civilization in Spanish.
