Marc-André Nataf has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Marc-André started their career as an Officer in the French Navy from September 1990 to January 1992. Following that, they worked at Unilever as a Marketing Manager and later as a Marketing Director from January 1992 to December 2000. In 2001, they became the CEO and Owner of Externis until January 2010. Marc-André then founded Manhold in 2010 and served as the CEO and Founder. In 2012, they founded Digital & Beyond and held the position of CEO and Founder until December 2021. In 2018, they joined Cegid as the CEO & President for North America and the CEO & President for Cegid Corp (USA). Marc-André also served as the General Manager for North America until September 2019. From October 2019, they became the Managing Director for the Cegid Talent Business Unit and is responsible for leading Cegid Talent activities globally. In September 2021, they took on the role of Managing Director for Talentsoft Canada. Additionally, from February 2021 to December 2021, they served as the Global Head of HCM Market's Strategic Initiatives, where they defined and launched new strategic offers for the Cegid HCM Business Unit.
Marc-André Nataf attended NEOMA Business School from 1987 to 1990, where they studied Business. In 1998, they participated in a Masterclass at Harvard Business School, focusing on FMCG. Before that, from 1985 to 1987, they studied Mathématiques Supérieures & Mathématiques Spéciales at Lycée Thiers.
