Maxime Delcher

Maxime Delcher currently serves as the Head of Discovery at Cegid, where Maxime leads a team of 10 researchers focused on Product Discovery and User Research under the Chief Innovation Officer. Prior to this role, Maxime was the Head of Design at Talentsoft, successfully structuring the Product Design Department from a fragmented setup into a cohesive team of 12. As the founder of SNOW.consulting, Maxime managed Product, Operations, and People, emphasizing the importance of making a genuine impact on businesses. Additionally, Maxime has experience as a UX Consultant at Société Générale, where significant contributions were made to modernize the bank's digital design guidelines, and co-founded Snow Engineering. Maxime's career began as a Digital Designer in a freelance capacity. Maxime holds a degree in Conception Multimédia from ETPA Toulouse and a Baccalauréat from Lycée La Découverte Decazeville.
