Rita Cadillon

Rita Cadillon has extensive work experience in the field of HR management and development. Rita worked at Bosch Portugal from 2000 to 2018, where they held various roles including HR Management and Development, Training Manager, and Project Manager for the EFQM Model. In 2018, they joined PRIMAVERA Business Software Solutions as the People & Culture Head Manager. Currently, they are employed at Grupo Primavera as the Head of People & Culture PT & Afr since 2022.

Rita Cadillon completed their education at Universidade do Porto from 1988 to 1994, where they studied German and English with a focus on Translation. Rita has also obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
