Rita Costa

Rita Costa has extensive experience in HR consulting and training management, currently serving as a Manager at CEGOC since January 2024. Previously, Rita held the position of Training Manager at Neves de Almeida | HR Consulting from January 2023 to May 2024, overseeing the management and coordination of consulting and training projects, as well as implementing gamification and performance evaluation initiatives. Rita also worked as a Senior Consultant at Neves de Almeida from December 2017 to January 2023 and briefly as an HR Intern at Slot - Recursos Humanos in 2009. Rita holds a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Lisbon, and a postgraduate degree in Business Management and Strategy from Universidade Europeia.
