Laura Caskey

Laura Caskey currently serves as the Network Services Administrator at CEI Collision and Fleet Safety since June 2023. Previously, Caskey held the position of Dispatch Supervisor at JFFischer/PCI Service Co from July 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included implementing a new software system for service dispatch and managing communications for over 40 technicians. Caskey has extensive experience in customer care, having worked in various roles with Element Fleet Management, and has a strong background in emergency communications gained from positions with local police departments and the United States Department of Defense. Caskey's earlier roles include administrative support and coordination within fire alarm services at Harford County Government, showcasing a diverse skill set in logistics, customer service, and operational efficiency. Caskey holds a high school diploma from C. Milton Wright High School, graduated in 1996.
