Suzanne Palma

Suzanne Palma, MBA, currently serves as Senior Marketing Manager at both Element Fleet Management since June 2024 and CEI Collision and Fleet Safety since February 2021. Prior to these roles, Suzanne held various positions at ARI from November 1994 to July 2020, including Manager of Digital & Web Properties, where a Marketing Analytics program for B2B and B2C was created to optimize marketing efforts. Other noteworthy positions included Manager of Internal Communications, where internal communications and SharePoint management were emphasized, and Market Research Manager, where a market research team was established to enhance branding decisions. Suzanne holds an MBA in Marketing from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in English & Marketing from Rutgers University - Camden.
