Wayne Smolda

Wayne Smolda has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 1984, they founded M&S Telecommunications of America Inc, where they served as the CEO. Wayne also co-founded and owned Alabama GP LLC in 2018. From 1984 to 2018, Smolda worked at The CEI Group, Inc, initially as the CEO and later as the Chairman and Founder before retiring. Wayne was also a founding shareholder and director at CSI Holdings, Inc. Additionally, Smolda served as a retired director at Arbitration Forums, Inc. and was a member of the Providence Washington Insurance Company Board of Directors from 2000 to 2006. Most recently, in 2019, they authored a book called "Seat13D.... Anecdotal Keys to Succeeding."
