Saioa Arrizabalaga received an MSc in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of the Basque Country in 2003 and a PhD in Engineering from the University of Navarra in 2009. Saioa is currently pursuing the PDD program at IESE Business School and holds the position of Director of the Data Analysis and Information Management Research Group at CEIT, where they have been since 2016. Additionally, Saioa has served as a Lecturer at the University of Navarra since 2009. With a strong focus on communication protocols, data analytics, and cybersecurity, Saioa has coordinated and participated in over 20 research projects and published more than 60 scientific contributions.
