Adam Millis is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability, mechanical integrity, and digitization within the chemical manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Reliability & Mechanical Integrity Program Owner at Celanese, Adam is responsible for the development and implementation of reliability strategies for the Newport site. Previously held roles include Digitalization Resource Leader at Celanese, Technical Group Head at both Celanese and ExxonMobil, and Senior Process Engineer at Cabot Corporation, where Adam received a Cabot Global Technology Award for innovation in production processes. Additional experience includes manufacturing process engineering at Dow Performance Silicones and a strong academic background with a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath. Adam is also a Congress Member for the Institution of Chemical Engineers, representing chartered members within the advisory body.
