Andy Kao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecom and materials science sectors. Currently serving as the Global Telecom Segment Leader at Celanese since November 2022, Andy specializes in offering conductive, dielectric, resistor paste, and GreenTape™ for ceramic hybrid circuits aimed at satellite communications, aerospace, defense, and 5G mmWave applications. Prior to Celanese, Andy held various leadership roles at DuPont from 2001 to November 2022, culminating in the position of Global Telecom Segment Leader for MCM, where responsibilities included market development for high reliability and 5G applications. Additional roles at DuPont encompassed regional sales and technology leadership in photovoltaic product development. Andy holds a Master’s degree in Material Science from National Taiwan University.
