Billy Liu

Billy Liu is a Sr. Principal Chemist at Celanese Ltd, where they have held various roles, including Process Chemist and Project Analyst. They previously worked as a Global Analytical Enhancement Chemist at Celanese from 2007 to 2013. Billy served as a Sergeant in the ROC Army in Taiwan from 1979 to 1981 and began their professional career as a Production Supervisor at Dulux Paints, ICI Taiwan from 1981 to 1983. Billy earned a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Houston, where they were a Postdoctoral Research Fellow between 1988 and 1990, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Tamkang University.
