Ilse Boon

Ilse Boon has extensive experience in process engineering and optimization, currently serving as an MT Process Engineer at Celanese since November 2022, following the acquisition of M&M by Celanese, with responsibilities focused on the production processes of Zytel and Minlon. Prior to this role, Ilse Boon spent 34 years at DuPont in various capacities, including Process Engineer, TRACC Site Coordinator, Operations Expert, and Sales Representative. In these roles, Ilse Boon led continuous improvement initiatives using TRACC® and Lean techniques, implemented the DuPont Production System across multiple business units, and managed teams in research and quality control. Education includes a Master's Degree in Polymer Chemistry from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven.
