Jared Bears

Jared Bears, PE, MBA, currently serves as an Asset Leader at Celanese since November 2023. Prior to this role, Bears held various positions at BASF from September 2018 to December 2023, including Reliability Manager and Automation Group Lead. Experience at First Quality Enterprises as a Senior Electrical Reliability Engineer (June 2015 - September 2018) and Rayonier Advanced Materials as Planning and Outage Superintendent (January 2011 - June 2015) further solidified expertise in reliability engineering. Additional roles include Utilities Maintenance Superintendent at NewPage Corporation (August 2008 - January 2011) and Electrical Engineer at Katahdin Paper Company (May 2007 - August 2008).
