Michael Focks

Michael Focks is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing significant capital projects across various industries. They worked as a Project Manager at SMS Demag from 1989 to 1999, overseeing EP, EPC, and EPCM projects with values ranging from $1 million to $40 million in countries including France and Japan. They held a Project Manager role at PPS Pipeline Systems GmbH from 2001 to 2004, where they were involved in pipeline and compressor station projects valued at up to $75 million. After managing projects at Chemtex between 2005 and 2011, Michael returned to Celanese, currently serving as Senior Manager Projects in the Major Projects Group, where they oversee all major capital projects in Europe. Michael holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
