Tom Quinci is a Venture Architect and Strategic Innovation Leader with extensive experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. They served as the New Product Development Leader at W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc., where they drove innovation and launched transformative products, and later enhanced global business performance in the PharmBio Products division from 2007 to 2014. At Celanese, Tom built a $250M pipeline and established over 80 strategic partnerships while leading teams in new business development and external innovation. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
