Laiza Luz is an experienced professional in fraud prevention and chargeback management, currently serving as Coordenadora de Operações at Celcoin since July 2023, where responsibilities include coordinating chargeback operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. Previously, Laiza held the position of Coordenadora de Prevenção a Fraude at Celcoin, leading teams focused on fraud prevention. With a solid background at Appmax as Supervisora de Prevenção a Fraude and Moip as Supervisora de Detecção de Fraudes, Laiza has developed policies, managed teams, and enhanced processes to mitigate fraud. Laiza began a career at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil), contributing to sales process analysis and commercial support. Laiza holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV and a BTech in Human Resources Management from Universidade Paulista.
