Alicia Lim is currently the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at CelcomDigi, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Head of Integrity, Governance, Risk & Compliance at UEM Sunrise Berhad from 2018 to 2025, and held the role of Head of Internal Audit at Axiata Digital Services Sdn. Bhd. and Smart Axiata Co., Ltd. from 2016 to 2018. Alicia also worked as the Head of Governance & Risk Assurance and Treasury at Celcom Axiata Berhad between 2013 and 2016, and as the Associate Director in the Governance, Risk & Compliance Division at Tricor Group from 2009 to 2013. They are currently pursuing a BSc in Accounting & Finance (Hons.) and a Master's in Administration from the University of London and Strathclyde Business School, respectively.
