Caren Cheng possesses extensive experience in customer experience (CX) and product management across prominent companies in the telecommunications and media sectors. Currently serving in CX Process Management at CelcomDigi since April 2023, Caren previously held various leadership positions at Digi Telecommunications from May 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included strategizing customer care improvements and digitizing customer contact centers. Prior to Digi, Caren was with Astro as AVP for IPTV Product and Portfolio Management and overseen marketing strategies at AirAsia as Head of Marketing. Caren began a career at Maxis as Product Development Manager and started at Aheadmobile Sdn Bhd as Senior Executive specializing in location-based services and product analysis. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Multimedia Finance and a Bachelor's in Software Engineering from Multimedia University.
