Danny Tan is an experienced HR technology leader currently serving as the Head of HR Technology at CelcomDigi since July 2023. With a strong background in digital employee experience at Celcom Axiata Berhad since April 2019, Danny has focused on harmonizing digital HR technologies to enhance candidate and employee experiences. Previously, Danny held senior management roles at Malaysia Airlines in project management, and at Galaxy Entertainment Group leading HR information systems, where significant contributions were made to digital transformation initiatives. Early career experiences include project management at Sime Darby Berhad and Optiniaga Sdn. Bhd., as well as IT roles at Star Cruises and WEB Distribution Services. Danny holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems from the University of Staffordshire and multiple diplomas in software engineering and information technology.
