Darryl Ma is a transformational data scientist and professional trainer with a strong background in information technology, business planning, and data science. They have held significant roles including Project Consultant Lead at Axiata, where they delivered customer segmentation models, and Head of Section at Digi Telecommunications, where they managed teams to ensure revenue integrity. Currently, Darryl serves as the Head of Digital Automation at CelcomDigi, designing scalable digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency. As a Lead Instructor at General Assembly Malaysia, they have delivered over 300 hours of technical training in data science and analytics to various organizations. Darryl holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they also completed their Bachelor's degree with honors.
