Jenny Koay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio management, transformation, and strategic project leadership within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Management, Transformation at CelcomDigi since December 2022, Jenny focuses on aligning project portfolios with the company's growth ambitions. Previously, at Digi Telecommunications, Jenny held several leadership roles, including Merger & Integration Team Lead and Head of Broadband, managing significant projects such as 5G initiatives and launching Digi Fibre. With a solid foundation in internal audit, human resource management, and risk management gained from earlier roles at Digi.Com Bhd and MEASAT Broadcast Network Systems, Jenny's background is further bolstered by consulting experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from the University of Melbourne.
