Mushil Mustafa

Mushil Mustafa currently serves as the Head of Unit at CelcomDigi since April 2023 and has held the position of Network Quality & Performance Analytics at Celcom Axiata Berhad since August 2022. Previously, Mushil worked at Huawei as a Smartcare CEM Solution Architect from October 2019 to July 2022, focusing on RF Planning and CEM Services Solutions. From April 2008 to June 2019, Mushil was a Senior Manager at du, where responsibilities included Mobile and Fixed Services Performance Analytics and Customer Experience Assurance. Additional experience includes roles at Ericsson Dubai as an RF Optimization Consultant and Ericsson as a Senior Planning & Optimization Engineer, as well as an RF Planning Engineer at Celcom. Mushil holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and completed education at KPP ITM IU11 and The Malay College Kuala Kangsar.
