Philip Ling

Philip Ling is the Head of Sustainability and Acting Head of Privacy at CelcomDigi, where they drive the company's sustainability agenda and promote learning across the organization. With 23 years at the company, they have over a decade of experience in sustainability, advising on ESG, climate change, and digital inclusion. Previously, Philip served as a Principal in Regulatory Strategy and worked in marketing at Digi Telecommunications and in the FMCG sector. An advocate for equitable digital society, Philip has held leadership roles such as President of the Business Council for Sustainability and Responsibility Malaysia and has been recognized as ‘CyberSAFE Professional of the Year’ by CyberSecurity Malaysia in both 2012 and 2016. They are also a dedicated mentor and speaker, emphasizing the transformative power of continuous coaching for personal well-being and productivity.
