Richard Im is a Cloud and AI Evangelist with over 25 years of experience in digital transformation. Currently, Richard serves as the Head of Solution Development at CelcomDigi, leading a team focused on connectivity, cloud, security, and AI/data analytics. Previously, Richard held roles at Axiata and Huawei, where they developed market growth strategies, facilitated partnerships, and launched innovative cloud services. Richard earned an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from UNSW. They are passionate about enhancing customer experience and driving operational efficiency through advanced technologies.
