Susan Ng

Susan Ng currently serves as the Head of Strategic Channel Planning at CelcomDigi since April 2023. With extensive experience in telecommunications, Susan previously held the position of Head of Device Planning at Digi Telecommunications from July 2016 to March 2023, where responsibilities included device planning, marketing, and vendor management. Prior roles include managing product and marketing strategies for Look@MyBaby® and leading channel management initiatives at Digi Telecommunications. Additionally, Susan has experience in sales management at U Mobile Sdn Bhd and marketing roles at AMICI Sdn Bhd and Crystal Edge Sdn Bhd. Susan holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Sunderland, completed in 2009.
