Yi Ying Oon

Yi Ying Oon is an accomplished finance and procurement professional with extensive experience in system governance, digital adoption, and strategic project management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Senior Finance System Governance and Digital Adoption Specialist at CelcomDigi, Yi Ying Oon previously held the position of Head of Procurement Performance Management & Reporting at the same company. Prior to CelcomDigi, significant roles included leading procurement governance and integration efforts at Digi Telecommunications and various positions at Accenture, where expertise in program management, systems delivery, and billing application implementation was developed. Yi Ying Oon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
