Lisa Rautenberg

Lisa Rautenberg, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in Human Resources, working in various companies holding progressive HR roles from 1996 to 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they served as Human Resources Manager at Lexion Medical, and from 2010 to 2012, they were the Global HR Manager at Envoy Medical Corporation. Following that, they worked as a Consultant, and later as a Global HR Manager at North Star Imaging until 2022. From 2022 to 2024, they held the position of HR Director at OneOme before joining Celcuity in 2024, where they currently serve as the HR Director. Throughout their career, Lisa has managed HR functions, employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, and other key HR responsibilities across various industries.

Lisa Rautenberg received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Human Resources Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 1996. In 2017, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
